One of our best little buddies from Arkansas, Luke, sent us his Flat Stanley this past week. We did many fun things with him (for those of you who don't know, he is a character from a book who was flattened when a bulletin board fell on him) including going on rides on the animals, playing outside, and today we went to the beach. This was Greg's first visit to the beach and it was a lovely day- about 55 to 60 with lots of sunshine and the kids even found little mollusk shells. Flat Stanley will begin his long journey back to Arkansas tomorrow (although he will be shipped priority mail to help him get there faster) and I hope Luke likes his pictures! We are open to visitors of any size or shape at any time!

It is always good to see Flat Stanley. And the pictures of Lake Michigan are wonderful. Wish I was there.
